Every groom starts with a full bath. At check-in your groomer talks through your pet's coat and the look you want.

From 8 weeks old. Until 5 months we offer a Puppy Package that gets them used to the sounds and smells of the salon without doing too much at once.
For the safety of every pet in our care, owners don't stay during the groom. We're happy to show you around so you can see where your pet will be.
Small areas can often be brushed out gently for a small extra charge. Heavy matting is painful to remove, so we may need to shave the coat. Your groomer will go over the options at check-in.
About 3 hours for a full appointment. Walk-in nail trims and Splash 'N Dash take around 15 minutes.
